Ollie Vaughn's

Crema's Take
“Ollie Vaughn's is a morning destination where Phoenix locals gather for scratch-made breakfast that lands as often as it misses, but when it hits—like their perfectly crusted biscuits and rich, savory skillets—it's genuinely memorable. The coffee program keeps pace with the kitchen's ambitions, offering both smooth, bold traditional espresso drinks and creative seasonal options like brown sugar shaken espresso, best enjoyed in their welcoming indoor or outdoor spaces that feel equally inviting for a lingering breakfast.”

I visited Ollie Vaughn's today, and honestly, the menu prices seemed a bit high for what was served. I ordered the biscuit sandwich, but it was disappointing; I'm not sure how you overcook a simple sausage patty, but it was quite poor. Additionally, the seating arrangement felt odd, as guests are expected to share tables with strangers. Overall, I don't plan on returning; this place just isn't for me.
Breakfast at Ollie Vaughn’s was an absolute win. The pork skillet was rich, savory perfection — that sunny egg on top sealed the deal — and the coffee? Smooth, bold, and exactly what a morning should taste like. Great food, relaxed vibe, and officially added to my Phoenix must-return list
We both enjoyed a sausage biscuit breakfast sandwich and it was SO insanely tasty! The biscuits were amazing, the tops of them were crusted up perfectly. The sausage is delicious, but what really put them above and beyond was the jalapeño marmalade. Best breakfast sandwich I've had in a long time.
The food was amazing as usual, the atmosphere is great whether you sit inside or outside. Unfortunately they did not have any of the green chile pork for the Cuban so we will have to try that next time. The staff is lovely. We will be back for more!
This is a great place for breakfast. We had the lemon blueberry pancakes and also the scramble both were very flavorful. We also ordered the brown sugar shaken espresso that tasted great However it was in a small cup, it was maybe 12 ounces w/ lots of ice, of course due to the drink. You may get approximately 6 ounces of the actual coffee - don’t get me wrong it was delicious But you only get so much for the $7.50 cost. I would return, great vibes, friendly service, tasty food with neat presentation.
