Crema's Take

This cozy South Bend neighborhood spot excels as a breakfast and lunch destination with solid sandwiches and satisfying food, though the coffee itself can be inconsistent—some regulars swear by their mocha while others find the house blend underwhelming. It's the kind of place where the warm, friendly atmosphere and quick service make it ideal for grabbing a bite with someone special or settling in for a longer sit, even if you're primarily coming for the bagels and wraps rather than an expertly crafted espresso drink.

Stopped for a coffee and brunch snack with my beautiful bride. Great service. Incredible food. We both had bagels. Mine was a sammich: everything bagel, eggs, bacon, provolone, avocado, and some good sauce.

Nice place for breakfast, lunch or a snack as well as coffee. Cozy local eatery. Friendly atmosphere. I had a vegan wrap with hummus, cucumber, tomato, onion and olives. Glad they had a vegan option.

I recently got a new office very close to here, so I decided to try it because I have a thing for trying new coffee spots. Unfortunately I was very disappointed and will not be back. Disappointed because I work 2 minutes away and was hoping this would be my new spot. The food I ordered was $9, and the portion was TINY and it was flavorless. The coffee is okay, not my favorite. The place was very clean, cute, and the staff was extremely friendly though!

The service and atmosphere is great however the coffee and food is really low tier. The house blend coffee is completely diluted and well the food, the pictures speak for themselves. I ordered a panini Ruben, received a sandwich that looked like a grilled cheese, one slice of Ruben, barely any kraut. This sandwich should be called the recession Ruben. $11.99 for pure blah! Shame on the owner!

Nice place for breakfast or lunch. Sometimes the drinks can be a hit or miss but the food is great. I like the sandwiches. My favorite go to has been a mocha. I also like the spice turkey sandwich. Interesting concept for those waiting on car services. They also have gift items for sale.
