A couple of reviews praise the staff and coffee quality, so the shop isn't uniformly bad, but the preponderance of service and execution issues suggests you'd be taking a real risk if you're counting on a smooth, good-quality experience. If you need caffeine fast and don't mind rolling the dice, it might work; otherwise, look elsewhere in Rockland.”

They made my drink wrong, and they were also being quite condescending towards us when then the motto is literally “ positively impacting people”.
The coffee is fine but the wait is not. 28 minutes and no way to escape the line. Once you make it mid way through the drive thru you can get around the waiting cars and exit. If you have an extra 30 minutes you want to waste, this is the place to do it!
Ordered an iced chai and received iced milk with hardly any chai flavor. Disappointing
