Hot Rize Bagel Cafe

Crema's Take
“Hot Rize is a beloved neighborhood gem where you can catch Chef Mike visibly working the kitchen while enjoying some of the area's best bagels and a solid specialty coffee program in a genuinely welcoming atmosphere. Whether you're grabbing breakfast to go or settling in for a leisurely sit with fresh pastries and cold-pressed juice, the place balances efficiency with hospitality—parking is plentiful, the service is warm, and families clearly feel at home here.”

I hope when they open their new location next door they actually cook the eggs for their breakfast sandwiches instead of microwaving them! You can hear see & hear Chef Mike doing a lot of heavy lifting here during breakfast. Coffee and bagels are pretty good & it's nice inside.
I'd say this is probably the best bagel place in the area. There is construction at the site but Cafe is open. Decided to order few dozens of bagels and muffins for a work event. The prices are quite reasonable and value is amazing knowing that they make the best bagels and muffins in the area. Only draw back is no gluten free options, so I ended up going Buckley's few miles away just for gluten free muffins.
Great spot to grab breakfast or lunch. Plenty of parking and indoor and some outdoor seating. Food is super fresh and the service is very jovial. Bagels were delicious and the coffee was very good.
A cozy, welcoming coffee shop feel with an abundant menu featuring bagels, paninis, a full coffee bar, pastries including muffins, scones and sweet breads + a cold case of bottled drinks and yogurt parfaits. The service was fantastic: quick and friendly. The lady kindly answered all our questions, accommodated special orders and the bagel sandwiches we ordered were made incredibly fast. The muffins and apple cinnamon bread were delicious! The bagel sandwiches were simply mediocre. Uncharged for any substitutions and just ok in taste.
This is our second time at this cafe. Very decent food and ambience. We ordered a hot chocolate which was mild. Their wraps are great and very healthy options. They also have fresh juice bottles which I am sure tastes good. The place is very beautiful, they have indoor and outdoor seating. Inside, there is a mini library which is so cute. Overall It's a very nice brunch place.
