New Dutch Trading

Crema's Take
“New Dutch Trading is a convenient resort café nestled on the fourth floor of Loews Sapphire Falls, where you'll find reliably good Starbucks coffee and a solid selection of grab-and-go pastries and light bites—perfect if you're staying nearby and need a quick caffeine fix before heading out. While their breakfast sandwiches tend to be hit-or-miss (soggy bread is a common complaint), the Cuban sandwich here is genuinely exceptional with perfectly soft bread and bold flavor that stands out. It's the kind of place that works best when you know what you're after and aren't expecting a leisurely cafe experience, but rather a friendly pit stop with decent coffee.”

Best Cuban sandwich ever. Super soft bread, amazing flavor, and perfectly made. A must‑visit at Sapphire Falls!
Disappointing breakfast experience. Every breakfast sandwich we ordered — including the wraps — was completely soggy and essentially inedible. The tortillas were gel-like, the biscuits fell apart instantly, and nothing resembled a fresh, hot breakfast. It honestly tasted like everything had been sitting on the hot plates for hours. What made it more frustrating is that there were clearly fresh ingredients visible at the register, yet staff directed us back to the pre-made items instead of assembling anything fresh. We ended up pulling the fillings apart and making a makeshift scrambled breakfast just to salvage the meal. All of this came out to around $40, which feels wildly overpriced for food that couldn’t be eaten as intended. Great location and potential, but the breakfast execution was very poor. Fresh-made options would make a huge difference.
Breakfast review. The food is very mediocre and not very fresh but it is $8 for a sandwich and convenient so that mostly aligns with expectations. Potatoes were not good. The smoothie was probably one of the better items we tried. Coffee is Starbucks and offers the standard fare (hot coffee, iced coffee, lattes). There’s a decent selection of shelf stable items like cereals, chips, liquor as well as fruit and salads.
Located on the fourth floor of the Loews Sapphire Resort. It has delicious coffee blends and a lot of grab and go items. They have lots of food items to include fresh fruits and snacks of all types. They also have soda, energy drinks, juices, beer, wine, and liquor available for purchase. There is a Coke Freestyle machine located inside on the back wall for those who have or want to purchase the refillable cups. Lots a various pastries and you can get icecream as well. It is right off the main lobby and a good source for grabbing those needed or wanted food and beverage items.
Very nice, lots of goodies to choose from. They do serve Starbucks coffee so that is definitely a plus. The coffee was really good, better than most I’ve had actually. Customer service was present and my drink was ready quick. They have souvenirs and also breakfast and lunch items.
