Cortadito Coffee House
3555 Las Vegas Blvd S, Las Vegas, NV
Crema's Take
“Tucked inside the Flamingo Hotel, this cortadito specialist brings genuine warmth and care to every cup, with staff like Mara who greet guests with real kindness rather than transactional efficiency. The pastry case is the real draw—guava turnovers and spinach-cheese empanadas steal the show alongside creative drinks like pistachio lattes, though purists might note the cortados lean lighter than tradition dictates. It's a refreshing oasis from the casino energy around it, especially peaceful during early morning hours before the lunch crowd rolls in.”

For a place that calls themselves “cortadito”, serving a cortado looking like this left me very confused. It’s a way smaller drink with way less milk. The breakfast croissant for 12$ looks nothing like the picture and didn’t taste good - I had to throw most away…
My wife and I , Ate lunch here and it was amazing! The service was excellent the food was delicious! And the lady working there named Mara received us with love and kindness 💜 She did such a great job! Honestly this place is one of the best spots to eat in vegas. I really recommend this place! The pistachio and tres leches coffee is so good! ☕️ the cubano sandwich and the chicken avocado sandwich were 🔥
Nice coffee place at flamingo hotel thats a good alternative compared to all the starbucks around. Went around 7am opening so it was pretty quiet but it gets busy later in the day. Tried the hazelnut cortadito . It wasnt too strong tasting, just rightly balanced with a milk, kind of like a mini latte. My bf said the plain brewed coffee flavor is interesting, like it has a spice in it. They also have some bread, sandwiches, and gelato selections.
This coffee shop is located inside the Flamingo Hotel. My husband and I went there a couple times last weekend. We also stayed at the Flamingo Hotel, so it was nice to have a good spot to get to quickly in the morning for my coffee! Pretty good coffee and breakfast sandwiches.
We enjoyed everything we tried which included the strawberry pastry the spinach and cheese empanadas, the guava turnover (by far the shining star) and the pistachio latte which was delicious. The seating area was nice and we were able to find a spot at noon on a Sunday which was was unexpected. I would recommend this place.
