Crema's Take

This understated Seacoast gem punches way above its weight with crispy, homemade falafel that rivals dedicated Middle Eastern spots and legitimately good New York-style bagels that'll satisfy even transplanted New Yorkers. Beyond the excellent traditional drinks and pastries, you'll find thoughtful touches like fresh hummus made in-house and a commitment to giving back to the community, making every visit feel like supporting something that genuinely cares. It's the kind of no-frills neighborhood spot where families and solo diners alike discover unexpectedly delicious food and keep coming back.

I decided to try a new spot for an early lunch and I’m so glad I did. The food was delicious. The mozzarella sticks were a huge standout , honestly some of the best I’ve ever had, which is surprising coming from a kosher café that you wouldn’t expect to specialize in them. Highly recommend! I also had the falafel pita and it was incredibly fresh, flavorful, and super filling. I’ll definitely be back. My only con is the location. I wish they were closer to the downtown area because I know they’d be nonstop busy. But even tucked away where they are, they’re absolutely worth the visit.

I’d been looking for a good falafel place on the seacoast - THIS is it!! Exceptionally crispy falafel, delicious homemade hummus and pita. Quick service, no frills ambiance. I’ll definitely be coming back for bagels, baked goods, and more falafel.

I was nearby one day and decided to stop in because they had a bagel with white fish salad. I’m from New Jersey and I was hungry so I figured I’d give it a try. The physical space is extremely underwhelming and sad. I ordered my bagel with whitefish salad and while I was waiting, I looked around. They had things like tabouli and hummus in the prepared food cases. I was waiting and wandering around because there was only one person working at the time, no fault to them. They were friendly. As I was waiting, I also saw that they had a sign for some sort of frozen coffee drink and they referred to it as an Israeli coffee. That’s not a thing. Jewish American culture is different from Israeli nationalist culture and neither of them are known for their coffee culture. What they were selling is a Middle Eastern coffee variation having nothing to do with Israel. I was turned off by this and I wanted to walk out, but she had just finished my sandwich and passed it to me. I did not want to express this to the employee because after all they were just an employee doing their job. And they did do it well. Anyways, I tasted the bagel with white fish salad and the salad had absolutely no flavor, it was so mayonnaise full it was liquid-y. I will never go back and I don’t recommend anyone stopping here unless they’re desperate

Small operation with fresh, delicious food! I got the falafel salad and it’s some of the best falafel I’ve ever had! Best part, some of the proceeds go back to the community. Keep an eye out for the turn in because it comes up fast and is easy to drive by.

Stopped here with my family on a whim and it was a delightful surprise! Being a New Yorker, it is hard to find decent bagels in NH, and these did not disappoint. Although you didn’t need to unhinge your jaw to take a bite like a true NY bagel, the taste was spot on. Their tuna salad was fantastic and my wife enjoyed the falafel. The cafe was clean and had ample seating. I will definitely come back!
