Crema's Take
“Mr & Mrs Tea House is a decade-old spot known for strong traditional tea drinks and popcorn chicken, but the 3.9 rating reflects real operational problems: slow kitchen times, waits of 20–30 minutes even with short lines, and service that regulars describe as unfriendly. The quality seems inconsistent—some customers swear by it, others are disappointed—and the experience depends heavily on knowing which drink flavors to order and being willing to specify customizations that shouldn't require insider knowledge.”
What to expect
Strong matcha and tea selection. Pastries and light food on the menu. Family friendly.

See all on Google →classic spot. I have been a patron for over 10 years now and I am never disappointed. note that the kitchen is a bit slow and it gets very busy here. popcorn chicken is so tasty, and imo the portion is fair for $7.75 in the city. REMEMBER TO SEASON IT YOURSELF @ THE FRONT! …
Yikes. I wanted to rate 2/5 based on my experience but my friends who go here a lot insist that it’s good IF YOU CHOOSE THE RIGHT FLAVOR. Key thing is I chose the wrong one I guess (honey lemon green tea with boba). Tasted so artificial and terrible aftertaste- don’t get the…
Our experience here was extremely disappointing. We arrived and ordered 2 High Mountain Oolong Tea Creama drinks without being informed that all their beverages come with default ice. Surprisingly, we weren't given the choice of having ice or not. When our drinks arrived, we…
Family wanted boba and we checked this place out. Long line outside but was hoping a quick service. Unfortunately, we waited 30 minutes for maybe 14 orders ahead of us. Taro and Oreo boba was really tasty. Just be ready to wait. I’d give 5 starts if the wait wasn’t so long.
Interesting name, and a very small place. Not-very-friendly service. The whole experience was disappointing. We waited about 20 minutes to get our food, and there were only 3 people ahead of us. Don't know how many staff they had, but saw at least two people. The drinks were…
