Crema's Take
“This sprawling Fort Worth gathering spot wins hearts with its laid-back, wood-filled aesthetic and genuinely comfortable setup for lingering—complete with a live event stage and upstairs hideaway that make it feel more like a creative community hub than a typical café. The drink menu leans into playful creativity with signature drinks like the Carmel Crunch Latte and Cowboy Cafe alongside solid pastries and breakfast tacos, though the experience can be a bit hit-or-miss depending on who's behind the espresso machine. Fair warning: arrive early for parking and bring patience for menus without listed prices, but the chill staff and no-music-playing vibe make it ideal if you're looking for a quiet, work-friendly space with real character.”

Loved the ambience here. There is a lot of space for people to work or study. There’s also a stage where they have live events and an upstairs area for more room. I got the Carmel crunch latte and it was delicious! Staff is friendly and place is very clean. I recommend coming here for a work/study day.
The crud muffin was amazing. The pesto pastry was ok. Of the 3 drinks, liked the cowboy cafe the best. For the chocolate Florentine you have to mix it yourself. Tip: parking can be scarce.
Atmosphere: 🖤🪵🌱🪟 Parking: ⚠️ limited parking, street only, but was able to find lots of street parking with a longer walk Price transparency: 🚫 Prices not listed on menu Music: 🤫no music playing overhead at the time I visited, very easy to talk Outlets: ⚠️some available, but limited Internet: ✅ free and accessible to all, no purchase necessary Temperature: ✅near window on a cold day, but still very comfortable Tea drinks: ✅☕️many options available Reusable containers: ⚠️ “grab your own mug” available next to ordering counter, but not offered/suggested if you don’t ask. Mug was dusty. Seating: ✅significant options, although was still fairly busy on a Saturday Other: pastries available
This place has pretty nice vibes. The staff are chill, the chairs and tables are comfortable, the potato breakfast tacos are solid, the bathrooms are clean. My only gripe (which is a big one) is where can I park? I’d like to see them lease the lot across the street that is empty 90% of the time. If there’s no parking up front (30 min limit), you basically have to get lucky and find street parking. Doable when schools out, but not so much when TCU comes back. I’d go more often, but when I can’t find parking, I just leave.
Mocha mint madness gets a rating of 2 stars. Honestly, it may just be the associate who made it. I took one slip and thought ok this is decent, but nothing great. Customer service was good, and I enjoyed the overall establishment. Plus the shop has a stage for performances. I was shocked to see only one pastry left near a college campus. The manager did mention when they sell out they usually don't make more. I noticed time on coffee cups don't align with the actual time your in shop. The place is very welcoming, clean, and the seating area is very spacious. I think it's a great place for a quick cup of coffee. Just make sure you know what you like and beverage is prepared the way you prefer.
