Crema's Take

This Vietnamese café pulls double duty as a wing spot with genuine charm, serving both expertly crafted pour-overs and traditional cà phê đá alongside heartier fare like phở and bánh mì. The vibe strikes that perfect balance between a quick caffeine stop and a leisurely lunch destination, where attentive service and a welcoming atmosphere make regulars and newcomers alike feel at home. While opinions on authenticity vary, the slow-drip Vietnamese coffee here is where the shop truly shines—rich, bold, and worth lingering over.

Wanted to like this place. Will say the fries were good In terms of the pho, I ordered the tofu version And asked for it spicy. It is incredibly sweet. additionally there were exactly 4 triangles of tofu in it which is literally like 1/8th of a block of tofu- probably one of the most inexpensive proteins on the market. I have had better pho from a hospital cafeteria than here. Maybe the banh mi’s are better?

Came here with a friend for lunch on a Friday and had a nice experience. We were seated immediately, and the host/server was very welcoming and attentive. The food came out quickly. I ordered the chicken pho, which was flavorful but a bit sweeter than I prefer. Not a dealbreaker. The toppings were good, the chicken was moist, and everything tasted fresh. Portions were slightly smaller than other pho spots I’ve tried, but the prices were very reasonable. The space was cozy and fit the pho vibe well. I’d come back again, though I’d probably try something different next time, my friend got the spring rolls and really enjoyed them.

As a Vietnamese, I do NOT recommend the cà phê sữa đá, it tastes strange and it is not near "cà phê sữa đá" at all. However, the bánh mì and phở bò were GOOD for me, although the portions ( Phở ) were quite small compared to other Vietnamese restaurants but the broth really saving it.

Preface: My wife and I used to come here 5 years ago. Its a bit different now since it was temporarilly closed during covid until very recently (just opened again a month or 2 ago) The menu on google isn't entirely accurate; it lists some stuff from the previous menu that is not yet available. The Pho 6/5 : best Pho I've had, and I've been to a plethora of pho places. Portion is larger than it looks The egg custard coffee 4/5 : its different than it was years ago. This egg custard is very light and fluffy, more like an egg foam. The original vanilla egg custard with coffee was 6/5 i.m.h.o The chicken sandwich 4/5 : the first bite is 5/5 but since the flavor is strong, it becomes overpowering after eating the whole thing Lychee Danish 5/5 would recommend Vibes : 5/5 Price-Quality Ratio 5/5 I've heard more things from the old menu will be coming back; fingers crossed the previous style "vanilla egg custard & coffee"

I had high hopes for a cafe style restaurant owned by HaiSous. This place still surpassed my expectations. The Vietnamese slow drip tasted like really good strong cold brew. The chicken curry meal was delicious, and it was the perfect lunch sized portion for me
