Crema's Take
“SPL Coffee is a koreatown gem where the owners' dedication to craft shines through in housemade syrups and signature drinks like their beloved Bori Caramel that strike that impossible balance of sweet without being cloying. Beyond the exceptional espresso and pour-overs, the space itself—spotless and visually striking—welcomes everyone from dogs to families to remote workers, while locally-sourced pastries and friendly staff make lingering feel like the whole point. This is the kind of neighborhood spot that turns casual coffee runs into repeat visits.”

This place is my new go-to. The owners make the syrups themselves and the flavored lattes are some of the best I’ve had in LA: sweet without being too sweet and always impeccable flavors. The caramel (not usually my thing!) is unreal. Lovely staff, cute merch, easy parking, I love this place.
Delicious goods and friendly staff. Baked goods made by a local baker. Super clean and cool spot for hang out. Family & pet friendly
Another spot in K-town, which I might save on the list of 'to-repeat'. Just stopping by for quick cup of joe and I getting hooked by their Bori Caramel, which was essentially their housemade Caramel Latte. It was a tad on sweeter side, but still suited my liking especially going with almond milk as the coffee was strong enough so the sweetness did help balancing it. I loved the simply calming and quiet ambiance, very helpful if you're trying to find a space to focus. Could barely find anything left on the pastry case at my afternoon visit, but have heard great reviews about it.
Today 2 of my coworkers and myself wanted to start the busy week with a nice cup of coffee, while I was checking where to go I found this location and I decided to give it a shot, which was pretty nearby. I had the rosemary bee and the ham a cheese croissant, both were really good. And for them I ordered Bori caramel, they told me theirs was also super good, im definitely have to go back and try a different coffee, im also willing to try the ube one, i dont remember seen ube in a coffee shop, I might be wrong. The place is super nice, clean and the best part is their service, very friendly and patient, I asked few questions and the lady was very polite answering my questions thank u. Highly recommend this shop if anyone is around the area. Is worth a shot. I better check out the whole menu for breakfast for my next visit
I went to this coffee shop because the color of the exterior wall caught my eye. I ordered an iced Americano, but it tasted like light coffee to me. If you like strong coffee, take note. However, the aroma was good and I could tell that they were serving specialty coffee. The interior was also pretty.
