Crema's Take
“I appreciate you reaching out, but I think there's been a mix-up! The listing you've provided appears to be for Journey Cafe as a church in Greenwell Springs, LA, not a coffee shop. The reviews discuss pastoral services, Bible teachings, and spiritual community rather than coffee or cafe experiences. If you'd like me to write a Crema summary for an actual specialty coffee shop, I'd be happy to help with the correct information!”

Pastor Jay delivered an excellent Easter service last Sunday. I love when God's presence fills the church. INothing compares to that feeling!
Great church that preaches straight from the Bible! Very welcoming. Plenty of parking, lots of seating unless it's a holiday service (get there early), but the ushers work hard to make sure everyone gets a seat. There is a nursery for babies and Childrens church for the kids. If you have any questions or needs, the Welcome Table in the lobby can help you with that. Make a visit there, you will love it!
Very overdue review on my end. Been at least a year since I came to this church, but when I went a couple times, the pastor(forgot his name) said that they will not be collecting tithes and instead wanted everyone to enjoy the service. I really appreciated that considering a couple other churches I visited previously pushed tithes hard on other people and got negative vibes from. The people are friendly too and I can tell the pastor really does care about his people.
This is my favorite church and they have made me feel like family since day 1. I will continue to grow and strengthen my relationship with God as I get more and more involved with the church on a personal level. If anyone just wants to find God, but don't know what religion they should follow I suggest journey church because you just come as you are! No judgement, no dress code, colorful past welcomed, no one is perfect. None denomination is easy, just you and God and room to grow
This church is so inclusive and down to earth. I’ve always felt so welcome and the message is always relatable
