We had a great experience here! The customer service was great—Emily was so helpful and patient, and our drinks and food came out super quickly. The coffee and food were amazing, and we definitely should’ve ordered a bigger coffee because it was that good! The drive-thru is very convenient too. It was our first time at Crème Brew Lait, and it won’t be our last. So glad we tried this place! :)

Crème Brew Lait is our favorite coffee spot in Madison! Why? Their drinks are accurately and consistently made. You know exactly what you’re getting, and the chocolate covered coffee beans and cute stickers are a little plus! The owners and Bridgette, the best barista, are friendly, courteous, and brighten your day.

The Cremebrewlait family treats us so well I’m convinced I’ve become local royalty by the time I pull away from their drive-through. Lexi, in particular, is a national treasure we should all collectively protect and hype up. Every time we roll up, she patiently listens through indecisive drink ordering and then somehow recommends the exact thing we were craving. And yes, she also slips us extra chocolate-covered espresso beans because she knows we’re addicted. And the 5 star service doesn’t stop with humans. Traveling with a dog? Cremebrewlait rolls out the red carpet. Complimentary pup cups stuffed with treats, instantly earning you “favorite human” status. Fair warning: you may need an extra stash of doggie bags on your walk later, but the sheer joy radiating from your pup during your car ride makes it more than worth it. Still debating what coffee to try? Don’t. Just start working your way through the menu like you’re on a caffeinated pilgrimage. Everything hits. The signature seasonal latte? Always a bop. Anything with cold foam in the summer? Required by law. Sitting in the passenger seat with free hands? Use them to enjoy the BEST affogato known to mankind. Their sandwiches even show up ready to impress, like this coffee shop collectively decided, “Sure, let’s dominate every category.” 10/10. Stop here. It’s the most dependable way to guarantee your day starts on a high note.

Crème Brûlée Lait sponsored a conference I recently attended, and their coffee was hands-down the highlight. The cold brew was incredibly smooth—honestly some of the best I’ve ever had. I don’t get out to the Madison, AL area often, but I’ll absolutely be seeking them out whenever I’m nearby.

I just moved here from Washington and I was worried I wouldn’t be able to find a good drive thru coffee that wasn’t a chain. When I saw this spot I had to check it out and I’m so glad I did! I order a plain latte so I can tell when the coffee is good quality and their beans are great! The espresso was super smooth and not burnt at all. This is officially my new go to. Highly recommend skipping Starbucks and coming here💗☕️
