The avocado tuna melt is the reason I come, it’s super tasty. I have had some rough experiences with the staff of the cafe though. Other than that just a plain cafe.
Since the new manager took over they have completely gone down the drain. The past few times I have ordered we are always missing something - no "sorry", no "how can we make this right" - just " too bad. oh well." Today was the worst. I ordered 8 things - items for a number of people. Did they call to say they were out of things? - nope - just sent a text saying the order was ready. Was it ready? - yep - one item was ready and the rest they were out of. I guess we don't have lunch today. I will not be ordering from them again!
The person working was unbelievably rude. I understand you hate your job so find something else to do. But there’s no excuse to treat customers like that when they have done nothing to offend you.
The JCC has been my gym for a while, but I finally tried something at the J Cafe after telling myself I would for months. The Fake It & Bake pizza was just the right quick bite & it was delicious! My husband and I loved it. We also got cookies, which were delicious as well. I wish I had made the trip sooner!
