Crema's Take

White Windmill brings that sought-after European bakery charm to Atlanta with genuinely exceptional croissants and pastries that rival what you'd find in Paris, paired with a serious espresso program that locals rave about. The airy, roomy space feels like a natural gathering spot for both laptop workers and friends meeting up, though pro tip: bring your own cup if you're particular about how your espresso is served. It's the kind of neighborhood gem that makes you genuinely glad it's within walking distance, especially if you've been missing a proper coffee destination in your area.

Great espresso shot (minus the paper cup!). Roomy and airy space

Delicious! Croissants were every but as good as ones we've had in Paris!

I used to drive to the doraville location whenever a friend has a birthday because their cake is far better than others. I am so glad that this location opened! The mocha cream bread was very good. The drinks are great too, and the atmosphere is nice. Feels safe, being in a nice neighborhood. The cashier was friendly.

First I’m glad that we finally have a nice coffee spot for us that live in the area that we can walk to. I only gave it a 3 stars because they need to add cashless on the front door and if they are going to sell coffee, they need turbo ovens on counter behind register to heat up pasties if requested. I know many coffee shops try not to be Starbucks, but please keep the basics that all coffee shops have. Lattes can definitely be hot. Ours were just warm. I’ll gladly change this to 5 stars when they can heat up pastries for breakfast.

Clean, quiet, and similar to the other White Windmill locations. Food, beverages, pastries, breads, cookies, etc. They have a few places to sit and enjoy your food and a full case of goodies. I also like the choice of books they have in the decor-shelves.
