Ding Tea Tampa

This place is terrible. From the owner to the drinks. You can tell that the owner does not care about the state of the store. The way the owners treat the staff as very telling as well. They also will not remake drinks if it is made wrong. Theres a sign that says “no exchanges or refunds” so thats another reason why you should not come here. Atrocious customer service and behavior all around. Hope this helps.

This was a very fresh good Boba place! It is one of my favorite in Tampa. The tea was bitter and fresh and the Boba‘s were chilled and delicious. She got the sugar ratio just right.

The owner is very rude hung up on me twice. And when I ordered in person there was pest all over the counters. And to top it off the drinks didn’t even taste good.

This place is a precious gem! I've lived on N Dale Mabry for almost a year and never knew this place existed, I'm glad I randomly searched for boba places near me. They're prices are good, tea is good and customer service is good. I can't wait to try the food next time! I hope im not ugly, because they'll be seeing more of my face!
