Crema's Take

Youngblood feels like stepping into your coolest friend's living room, with a vibe so magnetic that travelers off the highway immediately fall in love—and the coffee actually deserves the hype, with skillfully pulled shorter shots that highlight the beans' full character alongside thoughtful pour overs and balanced lattes. Beyond the espresso-forward excellence, their breakfast menu (think cinnamon toast and avocado toast) pairs perfectly with that cozy-den atmosphere, making it the kind of specialty third-wave cafe you'd expect to find in a major city, not Fargo.

This was a recommended shop. The atmosphere and vibe is off the charts. Coffee was more a medium roast and wasn’t smooth. I could only drink a couple of sips. Need to make some changes.

I stopped in yesterday amidst a long road trip and immediately fell in love with the decor, which was like the cozy den in your coolest friend's house. They were spinning Diamond Jubilee by Cindy Lee (swoon). My espresso was perfect -- floral, citrusy, sweet. The baristas were both delightful, and I enjoyed chatting with one of them about music, chocolate, and travel. I felt so welcomed, like I was a regular customer. I'd go there every day if I could. (And if you live in Fargo, you should!)

I didn’t expect to find this gem in Fargo. On par with any 3rd wave cafe you’ll find in the big cities. Shorter-pull espressos bring out the full flavor of their beans. Great vibe and service.

Love the vibe in here! The coffee is awesome too. I had a latte and it wasn’t too sweet - just how I like it! My husband got a pour over and loved it as well.

Had an oatmeal mocha and cinnamon toast, my wife had a latte and avocado toast. AMAZING. Id have that brekky everyday. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place. (A tad pricey but totally worth it)
