Parker's Kitchen

This location criminally overcooks their chicken livers. If I want to pay almost 10 dollars for a box of rocks, I'll go to Ace Hardware. I love Parker's hot bar and most locations I've visited have been very spot on, but it's very clear this one doesn't give as much care and attention to their food as other locations, and will often stop making something during the day completely. I keep trying hoping it's just the employee for the day - but this seems pretty consistent for this store.

I frequent this Parkers alot but I may be slowing down my visits after this last week. Usually I am able to get pretty decent service, along with amazing food and gas prices, but this last week has been like pulling teeth whenever I go in. The lines to check out have become longer because employees are not willing to check customers out. They rely on the self check out even when customers need restricted items. This morning was the breaking point when an employee rolled her eyes while I was trying to obtain restricted items. It was as if I was an inconvenience to her day. Although its the closest location to my office I'll likely go to the one by my home to avoid being an interruption in any employee's day

The store is always clean and staff is so friendly. I complemented the manager Robin for being great to his people. I know that a great manager makes a difference motivating the staff. Great energy there! We need more gas stations like this! Thank you so much

This store has completely transformed over the last three months! It’s now cleaner, more organized, and feels like a safe place to stop. The manager, Robin, is such a kind man—always ready to help you or guide you when you’re looking for something. His customer service truly makes a difference!

No complaints with the biscuit and coffee I purchased but the clerk (name tag said Pickle) was incredibly rude and treated me as I was an inconvenience. Hire better people for the morning. 6 am is way too early to be shitty to people.
