I visited Ground Up Coffee early this week. There was parking behind the coffee shop. I ordered 2 hot drinks and 2 pastries. The coffee was delicious and the pastries were great. There are plenty of chairs and tables. The decor is nice. Service was great and we received our drinks fast. Definitely a good coffee shop and I will be returning. #D-LOrecommended😃👍
Best 👌 in the Eastside located in montebello parking available and easy access to get in n and out ...coffee is awsome 😍 👌
I like stopping by for a quick coffee and pastry before heading to work. It's right next to the 60 freeway and has decent coffee prices. Coffee tasted great too! I've tried a variety of their brews and espresso and you can't go wrong with any of the caffeine pick ups! Plenty of seating every time I go, the only issue is finding parking.
I’ve been seeing their drinks all over social media and since I love checking out new coffee spots on my days off, I was really looking forward to trying this place. It seemed like they put a lot of love into what they do, and I got the vibe that they’re really trying to grow their business and make sure everything they serve is high quality. I ordered an iced chai tea latte, and I’m just gonna be real—I wasn’t a huge fan. It tasted pretty watered down, more like spicy milk than a balanced chai. I could kind of taste the tea and spices, but not as much as I expected. The vibe inside the shop felt a little off too… the people behind the counter seemed a bit distant, which made the experience feel less welcoming than I hoped(i understand they’re most definitely tired from their busy days just stating my experience) I really liked the way the place was decorated. The little library nook was super cozy, and the outdoor area with all the plants was beautiful perfect for just chilling out for a bit. I just wish my first visit had gone a little differently Who knows maybe I’ll go back and try their coffee.
I was looking for a great coffee spot and saw that this has a perfect score. It definitely up there with the rating and solid customer service. I ordered a large latte, extra shot espresso and with almond milk. It was the perfect temperature and the flavor was just right. The cookie that was freshly baked was one of the best chocolate chip cookies I had and really complimented my coffee. The banana bread is excellent and one of the best I’ve had, wish it had nuts, but great overall. I’d definitely come back again and try their other menu items. Parking is limited to the street and it’s next to a solid golf course.
