Himalayan Coffee

Crema's Take
“Himalayan Coffee floods its subterranean Seattle space with light through massive windows, creating an irresistibly bright and airy refuge just steps from the Space Needle. Their espresso-focused drinks are genuinely excellent, but the real stars are their buttery macarons (the orange flavor is legendary) and creative matcha lattes that keep both coffee purists and tea lovers coming back. Whether you're settling in with your laptop for hours, meeting a friend, or bringing your dog along, the tall ceilings and welcoming vibe make this neighborhood gem feel like discovering a secret.”

Their macaron is fantastic! I like the orange flavor one. Also they are dog friendly. The atmosphere is nice and the lighting is bright.
Great little place to sit for a treat and a minute of peace if you are touring in Seattle. Lots of light, nice ambiance, Coffee was pretty good and someone in my group loved their ice matcha late. If you like to explore flavors... I really liked their rose macaroon and would totally go back for a piece of that pistachio cake!
I like how much light you get in here with the extra tall ceilings and massive windows. Coffee was really good too! And not too far from the space needle. It’s a bummer the next door lobby does not allow cafe customers, that space looks extra cozy
Located beneath a residential condo building between Denny Park and the Space Needle, Himalayan Java Coffee provides a cozy and clean space to relax or work. With large windows letting in plenty of natural light, the café has a bright, inviting atmosphere. Its minimalist design and quiet ambiance, with many people working on their laptops, make it the perfect place to focus or enjoy a peaceful break away from the hustle and bustle. I had the "Butter Chicken Wrap", and it was surprisingly tasty for a café dish. The wrap was packed with juicy chicken in a rich butter chicken sauce, offering a great balance of flavors. The "Hazelnut White Chocolate Mocha", however, was just okay. It didn’t quite have the depth I was hoping for. Overall, Himalayan Java Coffee is a solid spot for coffee and light snacks. With its calm atmosphere and convenient location, it’s definitely worth a visit, even if the drink didn’t thoroughly impress me.
Absolutely in love with this little shop my friend and I found 2 blocks from our hotel. Walking distance to the space needle. Amazing coffee, the most delicious and soft macrons, and wonderful customer service. We are so beyond happy and will be back. We tried 2 different coffee drinks and 5 different macron flavors. There were no misses. If you can, please stop in!
