I was really looking forward to a good chocolate martini this visit. I’ve had really good chocolate martinis here before. Unfortunately, the chocolate martini this visit was not good. It was very icy with minimal chocolate expresso flavor. The crunchy ice watered it down. I expressed my concern to the waiter, but he did not seemed concerned. Pic of martini included. The 2 food items I wanted, street corn tamale cakes, and fried Mac and cheese, they were out of…on a Saturday afternoon! Here is a pic of the street corn they brought out to me. The kernels were dry as well. I sent it back. I might second guess a return visit.
Dysfunctional & Slow Service! They forgot that I ordered a 6 inch strawberry cheesecake to go, even though I was standing there waiting for my paid item for over 30 minutes. The Manager had excuses & Bs as to why it had taken so long. They were not busy. They had to prep my cheesecake at the counter because they'd forgotten, and the end result looks terrible. I am going to call them for a full refund+
While the food was better than I expected, the service was well below what I would want from a restaurant. We went on a Sunday at lunchtime, and the restaurant was pretty empty. We went to ask for a table and were told that we’d be seated in 2-3 minutes. We waited quite a bit longer than that. Eventually, a waitress who appeared to be in training got us to a table. It felt like we had to wait unusually long amounts of time between every service; it was also frustrating to have the bread only come nearly half an hour after we were seated (we probably would have been much more patient as the bread was very tasty). I think we had three separate waiters during the lunch. The appetizers (avocado egg rolls and chicken dumplings) were both tasty; the dumplings had a delicious Asian flavor that I did not expect from this restaurant. The Louisiana chicken pasta was massive. We shared it and still had enough for both of us to have lunch the following day. The flavor had a good heat, and the chicken was deliciously crispy. Finally, we tried a non-cheesecake chocolate cake, and it was also delicious. The frosting was very flavorful, but it wasn’t too rich. In summary, while the food was good and actually exceeded my expectations, the service was far below what I would have anticipated.
Delicious food. We tried to make reservations but our App wasnt working properly. There was a 40min wait. We used that time to walk around the shopping center. Staff was very friendly and we felt welcome upon arriving inside. The decor is nice and has a romantic vibe to it. They have indoor and outdoor seating. The cheescakes are amazing. We took a slice to go. Our meal was delicious, plenty of leftovers.
Had a great visit to The Cheesecake Factory! 🍰 The inside is super luxurious and feels fancy but still comfy. There are tons of places to sit, and I really liked the privacy screens — felt nice and cozy. 😊 Service was excellent, really attentive. Even though I was there alone and just wanted a low-calorie cheesecake with fresh strawberries 🍓, everything was perfect. The menu has so many awesome options, I’ve been to a location in Boston before and the food is always good. Today, I just wanted some cheesecake, and it hit the spot! 😋 Would definitely come back — whether for a full meal or just dessert!
