After having lunch across the street went in here for dessert 🍨 and definitely loved it,if you can't cure your Sweet Tooth here then give up lol. I had a Chocolate Shake and it was really good, I couldn't finish it because I didn't realize it was that big. This is the kind of ice cream shop that you think about when someone says "A Great Ice Cream Parlor" but also add in really good candy 🍬.
The only thing Elevated about this place are the prices. Seriously - two one-scoop cones cost me $12. It was insanely ridiculous - they weigh the ice cream, so you have no idea the cost when you order. The Ice Cream itself is ok, but you would be better off eating your favorite pint from a grocery store. Overall, I would not recommend.
My friend brought me a box of chocolates from this location. The chocolate was good but definitely not Sees candy. Some of the fillings are super sweet but they are fresh and yummy. The box is beautiful and I love that they tell you the flavors of each chocolate. Ten out of ten recommend trying the chocolates.
I first encountered Elevated Ice Cream's quaint establishment 6 moons prior to my visit today. In that span of fleeting nycthemerons, I've sampled many of their offerings. Did I mention they give free samples yet? The folks at Elevated have been slinging their own on-site creations since 1977. According to their website, they started as a vendor in an old Victorian elevator across the street from their current location within the bustling village of Port Townsend. While they don't have 32 flavors, they do have the classics covered. Familiar tubs of chocolate, strawberry, mint chip, cookies and creme, sit next to a variable assortment of "elevated" things you would never expect to find in a cozy 50s malt shop atmosphere. Curiosities like cardamom, sea foam, and golden milk, to name a few. Never have I had such luscious and silky confections! But they don't stop at ice cream, shakes, and itallian ice! They operate an adjoining fudge-candy shop which is teeming with modern, homemade, and old timey treats from yesteryear. I can not suggest this place further for fear of wearing out my typing thumbs or phone screen. So if you have a hankering for something sinfully spectacular, you should swing by. They even have containers of their small batch ice cream ready to go. Well done elevated. I shall keep on masticating in support.
Huge selection of great, unique flavors, and great quality. Pay for ice cream by weight. Be ready for a long line, but it’s worth it! The atmosphere is cool, and there is a lot of seating, but the pier outside has benches to sit on and eat, too. The employees were really fun and made it a great experience beyond just the taste of the treats. I highly recommend the cardamom and poppyseed flavors if they are available.
