Crema's Take
“This is a hospital cafeteria masquerading as a specialty coffee shop, and the ratings reflect that reality—based on only five reviews, mind you. Customers consistently complain about steep prices (nearly triple deli markup), undercooked food, dirty tables, and indifferent service, though a couple reviewers found the salad bar acceptable and didn't hate grabbing a quick drink there. If you're stuck in the hospital and need coffee, it'll do; if you're actually looking for specialty coffee in Springfield, look elsewhere.”
What to expect
Classic coffee drinks done right. Quick-grab spot. Light food on the menu.
