Cups Espresso Cafe

Lovely place, if you want to hang out with friends, have a nice chat, explore books on their shelves and enjoy the appealing, artistic decoration, and a smoothie, coffee, or tea. Delicious!

I have been coming to this Cups at least once a week for the last three months, usually more than once. From the time I walk in to the time I walk out the atmosphere is terrific, and that is directly linked to the staff, in particular LeeLee. I am "coffee illiterate" and she has shown me the coffee world with a smile on her face and the kind of care that lets me know she loves her job, and the work she does. Check out cups! It's not just coffee, it's a culture!

Cups in Fondren has an eclectic meets home feel, Lee Lee and Ace as well as other baristas are patient, kind, and helpful. Even when other locations are convenient I still come back to this location. Love this place.

The barista was attentive and made me a delicious coffee.The girl at the register ( black eyeliner ) had a poor and miserable attitude. Maybe treat all your customers politely not just the locals that you are friendly with.

It'd be awesome if their customer service was a consistent as their coffee. One day they're friendly, and the next day you get grungy Irene eyeliner who's resentful that you bothered her by coming in. And I seriously doubt this is the first complaint she's had.
