Yolk - Marina City

Crema's Take
“Tucked in Marina City, Yolk is a beloved breakfast destination where the kitchen moves at lightning speed—think beautifully plated food arriving in under 10 minutes—without sacrificing quality or creativity. Their specialty drinks like the Peppermint Mocha Latte shine alongside a solid house coffee, and the pastries and full breakfast menu are executed with care by genuinely hardworking staff who anticipate your needs before you ask. It's the kind of place that feels both energizing and welcoming, perfect for a quick coffee grab or lingering over brunch with friends and family.”

Jessica was our server, food was explendid, they literally took 10 min to make our food, it was so quick, and so tasty, I don't know if they heat them up or something 😂 But either way it was fantastic, loved the experience and I ever come to Chicago again, im definitely coming here. The restaurant its very nice and people are very nice, I really loved it, favorite place so far
Ughhh… one of our favorite breakfast spots ever. The house coffee is great to start, and the specialty coffees are always fun and delicious — the Peppermint Mocha Latte (pictured) is a perfect example. The build-your-own breakfast skillet is easily one of the most flavorful skillets I’ve had at a breakfast restaurant. Packed with flavor and cooked just right. And the chicken and waffles? Absolute slam dunk. Whenever we’re in the city, this is a must-stop breakfast spot. Can’t recommend it enough.
Some of the hardest working restaurant staff I've seen in a long time. The kitchen crew was cranking out food nonstop and the serving crew was on top and ahead of any needs we had. I had "El Torero" and it was absolutely delicious! The chorizo added a nice touch to the eggs and the grits were a nice compliment to the meal. Coffee for a brunch place can be hit or miss but this one was a big hit. I loved this restaurant and while I wasn't expecting much out of it, seeing the
Used to be one of my favorite places when I visited Chicago. The food quality deteriorated. Now, the food is more like a greasy dinner. Checked the box - no more Terrible booking reservations lady
I’ve been to this place twice. The food was good and the waitresses were really nice. The first time I got the banana nut bread french toast which was good but very sweet and I think one was enough. The second time I got the steel cut oats which was good but a little dry. The crepes, waffles and pancakes were delicious! The area is okay, but there were road works (not their fault though).
