Crema's Take
“Clear Light Coffee strikes that rare balance between polished and approachable, with a sophisticated wine-and-coffee vibe that feels equally welcoming for solo work sessions or friend meetups. Beyond solid espresso drinks, they're expanding what specialty coffee means with thoughtful non-caffeinated options like matcha tea and a curated food program, all wrapped in genuinely beautiful, chill surroundings that lean into easy jazz and considered design details.”

Met up with friends here, hoping there were non-caffienated drinks, and when I asked what was available, there were two choices. I was scared to try the matcha drink because I tried it at 🌟b's and hated it, but the one I got here was soooo delicious! We went too late for pastries, but honestly the drink was so good I felt like it was still a great pick. It's got a sophisticated look and comfy seating. Definitely worth visiting.
Alright everyone I stopped in here right before they closed. This coffee place is very beautiful aesthetically and gives off that wine/coffee/book vibes. However I didn't stay for a coffee in house. To be honest all I was able to receive was a cold brew. The establishment said I came in when they were going to close and already cleaned their espresso machine. I don't mind cold brew coffee but I can't really say I was a fan of this coffee. Just a bit acidic. But maybe it's because they weee closing and that's the only thing they had available. I'm willing to give it another shot some other time. But check out the pics of the aesthetics.
The coffee served at the Walker Ranch location is great so decided to try out their new location which offers coffee and wine 🍷.
We came to Clear Light mid-morning for coffee and breakfast while getting some work done. The vibes are sophisticated but chill. It’s a good environment for working. The staff was friendly and attentive. I ended up getting a chai which was very good. To eat, we got a breakfast sandwich on brioche (so delicious!) and a breakfast sandwich on an English muffin. They had some really good looking pastry choices also.
This is my new favorite coffee shop! The coffee is wonderful and well prepared; I enjoyed the iced americano. The atmosphere and decor are phenomenal! From the easy jazz to the coffee and bourbon feel of the sitting area, everything was exquisite. They are a bit pricier than other coffee options, but you undoubtedly receive the quality you are paying for. I highly recommend Clear Light Coffee Co. To anyone passing by Castle Hills.
