Crema's Take

This Jefferson gem authentically captures the spirit of Cuban cuisine with passionate owners who clearly pour their hearts into every dish, from perfectly seasoned ropa vieja to flaky empanadas and a stellar cafe con leche that'll transport you straight to Havana. Whether you're grabbing a quick Cuban sandwich or settling in for a leisurely meal, the kitchen delivers consistent flavor and care that keeps locals and travelers alike coming back, with a menu that outshines typical Cuban spots in both breadth and execution. The warm, present atmosphere and genuinely nice staff make it feel less like a restaurant and more like stepping into someone's kitchen who actually knows what they're doing.

Great spot for authentic Cuban food with plenty of options to choose from. Haven’t had anything on their menu that doesn’t taste great. The owner is great to talk to and is easy to see the passion they have for their food. Would recommend to anyone wanting a unique meal from other options in town.

This place is great! I stopped by because I was craving ropa vieja and found the best little spot! The wait time was minimal and I was blown away by the flavor. The passion fruit juice was very tasty as well.

I always like trying new places when I travel. This was a really present find. More options than most Cuban restaurants i have been to. Both our sandwiches were really good. The empinadas were pretty good as well, a bit over cooked, and under filled. The lady that took the order was very friendly, and helpful.

I just bought a chicken empanada and a meat empanada. I didn't eat them, they tasted bad. The homemade meat burger wasn't cooked properly, and the bread, I don't know if it was bread, was very thin, and to top it all off, I found hair in the burger.

Being originally from Tampa, I love trying Cuban restaurants anytime I see one. This place was so good and the staff were so nice. I had a Cuban sandwich and a cafe con leche and both were excellent. Definitely recommend trying it out if you're in the area.
