The Safe Spoon

I can not recommend this restaurant enough. Everything is amazing from the service, wait time, to the food. It’s a wonderful feeling knowing you can order and eat without the worry or the fear of being compromised.

Eating at The Safe Spoon was truly emotional for me, in the best way. I have autoimmune issues and haven’t been able to safely eat at a restaurant without restrictions, fear, or stress in years. Sitting down and ordering freely—no gluten, no dairy, no worries—brought me to tears. For the first time in a very long time, I didn’t have to explain, double-check, or compromise. I just ate. Safely. Comfortably. Joyfully. The food was absolutely delicious, but the peace of mind was priceless. I am beyond grateful for a place that takes food allergies and sensitivities so seriously while still creating amazing food. We already have plans to come back for breakfast this weekend, and I cannot wait. If you live with allergies, autoimmune conditions, or dietary restrictions—this place is a gift. Thank you for what you do. 🫶🏼

I'm allergic to a lot of things so eating outside of my home is hard, scary and overwhelming. But l've had lunch here twice now and it was absolutely fantastic both times! A warm and cozy atmosphere, kind people, delicious sandwiches and amazing drinks! I hope they have so much success in the future and I can't wait to go back!

I left a review, but it doesn’t look like it actually posted. This place is amazing! Super welcoming, fun decor/retro vibes. Perfect place for a coffee, breakfast or lunch. So busy this morning that there was a line going out the front door, but the staff did an amazing job getting everybody through in a timely manner. If you have any food, allergies, this is the place to go. Alpha-gal, or allergies like dairy, Celiac, eggs… they will make sure you are taken care of! There is also a cooler with some of my favorite “Sensitively sweet” to-go items!

This new restaurant exceeded our expectations! Love not having to worry about gluten. Food and coffee were delicious and service was fast. We came for lunch and can’t wait to go back for breakfast!
