Neo Cafe

I found this place on Google with a five-star rating, so I decided to give it a try. It turned out to be perfect! The vanilla latte was super yummy — I didn’t expect something so simple to taste this good.

The tasty coffee with pretty latte art has sweetened our journey in Portland. Recommend the Baklava Latte♡ The shop owner is also very welcoming and nice :)

I didn't try any of the food, but the tea was fantastic. Sam is a great owner and very nice to talk with while you're hanging out and working. The atmosphere is laid back with a nice volume of music in the background. Highly recommend checking out this place if you are around!
