Crema's Take
“With only three reviews to go on, Carmel Valley Coffee Roasting Co. is too thin a dataset to trust, but what little exists points to real friction: a 2.3 rating that reflects staff dismissiveness (at least in one customer's experience), cash-only payments, and a cramped setup attached to a gas station. The espresso-focused roasting concept has potential, but there's no evidence in these reviews that the coffee itself compensates for the friction of getting it. Unless you live very close by and want to test it yourself, there are better bets nearby.”
What to expect
