Crema's Take

Achè brings elevated Cuban cuisine to Miami with a genuinely warm, family-like hospitality that keeps guests coming back—one reviewer raved about pancakes that were "the best I have ever had," while others praised the creative specialty drinks and impeccable coffee alongside thoughtfully prepared dishes like arroz a la chorrera. The intimate, beautifully designed space makes it perfect for everything from casual coffee dates to special celebrations, and their willingness to accommodate reservations on busy Friday nights shows they truly value making every visit feel personal.

This place is super cute! Called 2 hours before on a Friday night & was able to make a reservation for 4. It's not typical Cuban food- think more elevated, specialized food. The space is super cute. Fair prices for the areas. Great drinks. The service is also absolutely phenomenal!! Ronaldo was our waiter and was great.

Taking the time to write an honest review about this place so others don’t find themselves in the same disappointment my family and I encountered. The server was hyping up the chef for having 2 Michelin Stars but honestly the quality and taste of ALL our plates was firstly not representative of Cuban cuisine and also just overall unpleasant. I have never in my 25 years as a Cuban had such water down picadillo, are u kidding me? It was more like a chilli. Furthermore the tostones were soaked in oil, not crispy just soggy and drenched in oil. We also didn’t like the mango juice because it tasted like rotten green mangos. She kept using the excuse that “we don’t put sugar in our drinks” honey as someone who follows a strict no sugar diet I can tell u that the problem here was not the sugar and it was the quality of the mangos. Anyway I’ve never been met with such defensiveness before, usually when u don’t like a drink u can just get another one and not have to sit there and justify why the drink is unpleasant over and over again. A Cuban sandwich with an Italian baguette. The congriz, stale and hardly edible. It really sucks when you spend so much money on a meal that was not enjoyable at all.. would not recommend this place unfortunately.

Great Ambience! Really cute space. The food did take a while to come out. We ordered the arroz a la chorrera and the days catch which was Grouper. The actual flavor of the food was delicious just wish the portion size of the fish and rice was a bit bigger. The chorrera dish came out cold. However, They did give a guava pastry on the house at the end which was a nice touch. The drinks were good as well and visually appealing. Overall we’d return they just need to step it up a smidge.

This place was DELICIOUS. Nany was our waitress and she made us feel like family and gave us great recommendations. Try the croquetas trio, empanadas, their coffee and fresh juices, oh and definitely do not skip desert! Rice pudding was incredible! We will be back!

I had multiple things here, but I would like to highlight the pancakes. IT IS THE BEST I have ever had. We ordered the BBB pancakes, and to our surprise it turned out to be the best pancakes. It was buttery, mildly sweet and the syrup was out of the world. I would highly highly highly recommend getting it. The avocado tostado was good too. Empanadas were not that great.
