Manny's Cafe & Bakery

I was getting serviced next door so I decided to check this place out since it seemed pretty busy. I placed an order for empanadas, tamale, and cafe cin leche. I left without my cafe so I went back. Thru made the cafe with no sugar after I said yes I wanted it when they asked. The young lady handed me 2 packs of sugar. I looked on the site because I saw people eating other food besides what was on the menu. I asked the young lady did they sell chicharonnes because it's on the site but not on the menu. She said yes, it's only offered on Saturday. She said it was a available. So I agreed to order it. There was already 2 wrapped up in packages the counter (which I noticed the first time I went in) and the other girl slid one over. When I got to the car. I opened it. It was chicharonnes in soggy bread, with some orange mushy things. It looked like plantain chips or sweet potato slices and it was cold. My mind told me to go back in but it was too crowded and I didn't want to make a scene. I've never been served chicharonnes on bread, cold. That kind of food must be hot. The servers are nice but they should explain more about the options. Especially that chicharonnes comes on bread and not hot. I'll never order that again (photo provided).

These empanadas were incredible. Will definitely be coming back as it’s a great location and friendly staff. Get the Peruvian empanadas it’s so worth it.

Been coming here for over a year now, best tasting empanadas and excellent service everytime! Be prepared to wait outside the door on Saturday mornings shortly after opening time.

This empanadas are delicious, big, filled to the max, packing tons of flavor at a great price! Must try. The powder sugar was a great addition. And the sauces were delicious. Spicy but not too spicy, just perfect. 10/10 I’m not a big coffee drinker so I got a pinapple smoothie and it was just right, perfect level of sweetness 10/10 The shop was very nice clean, and calm. Perfect for a casual coffee date. 10/10 The service was great! The lady at the front was very amicable and welcoming. 10/10 I highly recommend it, and will be coming back soon.

The empanadas are freshly made and packed with flavor! From classic beef and chicken to unique options like Spinach and Caprese. The crust is perfectly flaky and buttery, the service is quick and friendly. This place is a must-visit !!
