With only 4 reviews on file, it's hard to know if those food issues are the norm or just unlucky days, but the price point is noticeably high for what you're getting, which stings more when a croissant misses the mark. Staff seems genuinely friendly across the board, so if you're staying at the hotel and just want a decent coffee to go, it's fine; if you're making a food stop, manage your expectations.”
