Cafe Expresso East
1000 Club Rd, Greensboro, NC
Crema's Take
“Tucked inside the Grandover Resort by the golf course, this cafe stands out as Greensboro's rare late-night coffee spot, staying open until 11pm when most competitors have closed their doors. Beyond the coffee itself, it's a genuine gathering place where the kitchen delivers standout comfort food—think exceptional French toast waffles and surprisingly solid sloppy joes—and the staff remembers regulars by name. The indoor-outdoor patio seating makes it equally suited for a solo laptop session or a lingering meal with friends, whether you're a resort guest or a local seeking refuge.”

If you dont sell espresso at an expensive resort and its just a folgers machine? Dont call it cafe espresso maybe?
Cafe Espresso at the Grandover Resort is probably the i ly coffee shop open until 11P in Greensboro/Jamestown area. Limited menu for breakfast, lunch and/or dinner and consistently good. Counter service to order, then served to your table i side or out. Good cocktails, too. Sit outside at the firepit and enjoy the luve music on Thursdays, catch the sunset, or watch the deer prance around as the golfers come off the course. Tae a table inside, play a little pool or shuffle bowling. Watch a game or just relax on the sofas. Food prices are reasonable. Service is good and atmosphere is casual, very relaxing and fun.
Located by the golf course within the Grandover Resort, this spot is ideal for grabbing a bite to eat or enjoying an alcoholic beverage. With seating available both indoors and outdoors on the patio, you can choose your preferred setting. Service is generally decent when it's not too busy, but depending on the time of day, it can get quite crowded, leading to slightly slower service. I opted for a bacon cheeseburger with a side of fries, not much room to mess that up.
Great place to hangout with loved ones. I love this coffee shop. I come here often because of the customer service and the food is amazing.
Ate breakfast and dinner during my stay at the hotel. Breakfast French toast waffle was exceptional; the flavors were robust and butter spread and syrup were plentiful. The brisket sloppy Joe was cooked and sauced to perfection. Sweet potato fries were also crunchy and crisp. Service both times was great.
