Last Call Coffee

Stumbled on this coffee shop and so glad I did! Great coffee and super friendly service. Highly recommend!!

Wasn't opened today despite their sign saying it should have been. Amtrak employees didn't know either. Multiple trains were cancelled today and two had severe delays. Suffice it to say,the station was packed with people all day in need of refreshment.

It’s 11:38 a.m. I have an urban hour to spend. Parking is tight but there’re a couple of 30-minute spots, just a hundred steps out. There’s a quiet hum inside the renovated century old masterpiece station my dad helped to build . The cheeriest but not saccharine voice: yes we have two breakfast sandwiches left. I know it was worth the steps to memory lane a bit my graduate school and NYC romance days of yore, and to set my compass for the exciting adventure I’m building with my kiddos right now. Yes, very clever: “Last Call.” But it’s also my next call.

I’ve been coming to this coffee shop for over a year — ever since I started commuting from Lanc to Philly. Great pit stop before boarding the train! The owners are so warm and welcome and seem to care — building a lasting relationship with customers.

There’s something magical from an architectural building that is not only amazingly cleaned and maintained, but then improved upon by a city or county that has our outside and lots of parking. I got a sausage egg sandwich and a iced chai. They were all great and the staff was fantastic. They even offered me extra for free that would’ve gone to waste.
