Crema's Take

This West Hollywood outpost excels at what it does best: espresso drinks and cold brew in a bright, Instagram-worthy space where you can linger over coffee or grab a quick caffeine fix. The crew here really shines—they're genuinely knowledgeable about their beans and eager to make recommendations, making even a casual visit feel personal and welcoming. Fair warning: come for the meticulously crafted drinks and convivial atmosphere, but keep food expectations modest, as the kitchen doesn't quite match the coffee program's polish.

Giving a HUGE shout out to the crew at BSL WeHo for hosting our Australia Day in LA Celebrations on Jan 22nd! Alex, Kento, Uriel & Tony all made it such a well orchestrated and memorable event for my guests and partners!! The level of outstanding service and attention to detail is seriously second to none and I'm already positioning BSL for our next partner event and many more to come! I love BSL for Brekky, Brunch & Lunch too but their ability to host private & unique events are exceptional! Thank you again guys & see you very soon ;) Cheers!

I have been to a couple of their other locations and this location looks nice and cute, but the food was nowhere near on par with their other 2 locations I have been to. Giving it a 2 because of how friendly the waiter was, the cook on the other hand shouldn't work here. I ordered their lemon ricotta pancakes that is supposed to come with an eatable flower. The presentation at their Manhattan Beach was beautiful (see my review from that location). What I received here looked and tasted like something out of IHOP! Barely any ricotta, no lemon flavor compote on top and no flower! The pancakes were dry too. I did not receive wbat I had paid for. Completely disappointed and what a waste of money. The waiter was very nice and when I mentioned the pancakes were nothing like described on the menu, he said yes unfortunately the cook kinda does whatever he wants and due to the language barrier he is unable to communicate with him. I also ordered a side of eggs which were just that, nothing special theywere not even scrambled properly. Just scrambled flat on the plate. I noticed there were no other guests. Very slow location and they had the door open and all I could smell was the outside pollution from the cars going by. Had this been my 1st experience with Bluestone Lane, it definitely would have been my last. Also, they carry the 2 worst plant-based milks oat and almond both loaded with fillers. Bluestone Lane as a whole would be so much more elevated if it had coconut milk and maybe even other milks like pistachio and/or macadamia milk. Those 3 are scientifically proven to be much better and nutritional.

First time having brunch at bluestone and it was a great experience! Finn was so great at giving us the 411 on the coffee beans & food recommendations. I got a flat white & my friend got the PSL both delicious. I also got the breakfast burrito and she got the breakfast plate all the food was delicious. Food, service and ambiance 5/5.

10 out of 10 Cold Brew is really good. Iced Chai Latte isn’t too sweet, and the cinnamon on top, booom! Staff are super friendly and quick. The shop is cute, with a nice open coffee corner

Came here for a cute little Sunday breakfast to start the day. Was the food amazing? LOL, no. Was it great? Meh. Was it good? I mean… sure, I’d check the box. Honestly, it was one of those meals where everything was fine — like, aggressively mediocre. The only thing that stood out? The price tag. Two coffees and baby-sized portions that barely filled half the plate… and surprise! I was hungry again in 30 minutes. Nothing terrible, nothing memorable — just kind of… there. Like the toast of breakfast spots. Neutral. Forgettable. Probably a vibe if you like spending $30 to stay hungry. ☕🥲
