Crema's Take

Royal Farms is a convenience store with a solid reputation for hot food and friendly staff, but it's dragged down by persistent loitering issues that make the entrance feel sketchy enough that some customers actively avoid stopping. The quality of the actual coffee and drinks sits somewhere between gas station average and decent, depending on who's working—nothing distinctive enough to seek out, though the full breakfast menu and quick service appeal if you're already passing through Baltimore. At 3.3 stars, this is a fine emergency stop on I-95, not a destination.

My food is always hot & fresh and staff members are always willing to provide recommendations and their drinks are AMAZING!

You always got a bunch of dudes standing in front of the door. Every time I see them, I keep driving and go to a different gas station. That's why nobody stops.

Noah and desean whipped up enough chicken and 8 subs for a 40 person crew in less than an hour for me! I was desperate and they were quick and kind. Management was kind and so were other staff. Thank you guys 🫶🏻

A pretty good store. Kept neat, nice staff, good selection. Recently, a "mosquito" noise maker was installed, emitting a high pitched squeal and beeping to deter loitering. It can be heard across the whole intersection. Quite annoying, but I guess that is the point.

Royal farms are, in general pretty decent. This one is right off 95, but not easy for getting off then back on. Good stop if you're coming into baltimore, or if you're heading out of baltimore. It is sully pretty crowded.
