Morning Sunshine Cafe

I can’t say enough good things about Morning Sunshine Café. Every time we walk in, they treat us like family. The kolaches are hands-down the best in town, but what really sets them apart is the kindness and care they put into everything. They even made an incredible set of custom donuts for our 5-year-old’s birthday — seriously magical. If you want great food from genuinely good people, this is the place.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This breakfast spot was absolutely phenomenal! The croissant sandwich was buttery and flaky with perfectly melted cheese, and the breakfast taco was packed with flavor in every bite. Even the pastry had that fresh-from-the-oven softness that makes you want to order another. The presentation was clean, the atmosphere cozy, and everything tasted like it was made with real care. Definitely one of the best breakfast experiences I’ve had in a while — can’t wait to go back!

I have so many great things to say about this place! 🥹 1. The food is made IN HOUSE (which is rare these days). With that being said — it’s delicious & fresh! 2. The environment is cozy. The music is relaxing, and the set up is very inviting. It’s always clean and smells great. 3. The owners are so kind. They always greet us as if we were old friends. 🫶🏾 4. The coffee is fresh and never makes me queasy. I’m sensitive to highly acidic coffee, this coffee never makes me feel sick! Thank you for treating us like we are part of your community. We just moved to Austin and were hoping to find our new coffee shop home. We’ve officially found it here.

Ya'll need some morning sunshine! I love a place authentic enough to make your tacos when you order them plus they were great! Potato egg cheese and a green tea pictured. Forgot to check for gluten free options, will report back.

This is an amazing restaurant I discovered during my trip. You can really taste the freshness of the ingredients, and the flavors were so wonderful that I know I’ll keep craving them. I’ll definitely come back next time! ✨🩶
