“Ashley's pulls off the rare feat of being a serious specialty roaster AND a laid-back community gathering spot, with a surfer-hippie vibe that feels authentically Outer Banks rather than forced. The Lebanese blonde and their signature Java chip shake are worth the trip alone, but you'll also find locally roasted beans, fresh pastries, and enough personality in the artwork and atmosphere to justify lingering for hours. It's the kind of place where you can grab an expertly pulled espresso or go deep on their rotating specialty drinks, all while your dog hangs out by the outdoor seating.”

Awesome coffee shop tucked away in Kill Devils! The atmosphere is awesome. There is outdoor seating. The coffee is the delicious! And the plain crumb cake is absolutely incredible! It is a MUST visit!
