Good Coffee - Couch St

If I could give this location of Good Coffee 6 stars, the only thing it needs is a way to connect to the community. One of my favorite things about other shops in the area that I think this location could benefit from is a community bulletin board where visitors can get a feel for what makes this part of Portland tick, like the local performances at the Armory or any local authors who are in town at Powell’s. Celia and Hannah are two of my favorite baristas, they are both a joy to catch up with each morning on my way to work in the Pearl and I would want a way for others to feel welcomed in the same way, even if they’re just in town for the weekend.

Friendly staff & a lovely open concept cafe. The man got a regular double shot of espresso which he loved & I got a latte that was recommended. I didn’t love mine. It was a bit too milky & lacking of flavor.

Decent coffee. Good European-style (tiny) macchiato. Dry scone needed help. Friendly service. Kind of sterile environment, but good view out the big windows.

Love, love, love! Had the maple smoked orange latte! Barista was incredibly kind, gave great recommendations! Enjoyed sitting out in the patio area. Very clean!! Complimentary water!

I've been hoping more independent coffee shop options would pop up in this area for years, and here we are!! YUM the coffee was perfect. I had an oat cappuccino and it really hit the spot! There's a good amount of seating both inside and outside. Wifi wasn't connecting when I visited so I'm not sure it's a great place to come and get work done. The staff was very friendly. Would definitely come back!
