T4-Corvallis

This is my “go to” place for boba tea not because it’s closer to my house, it is actually good! I’ve have some of their food and honestly is highly recommended. I’ll give this review a 5 star if not for the most important part… portion. Service is ok not to die for. The ambiance is cute and clean. The staff is fast. Again the food and drinks are amazing . There are so much ice in their boba teas that 3 sips I kid you not, you are down to the bottom. Maybe it’s just me? But it has happened a couple times now so maybe the staff needs to really control the ice portion. I don’t want to be like Starbucks customer that always say “easy on the ice please!” It’s annoying when I have to say that and it’s embarrassing that I have to say and others can hear me say it. PLEASE listen to this review.

My husband & I stopped here to pick up chinese food while driving back home to WA. Saw T4 right next door & I told him all my asian food cravings needed to be fulfilled. I wanted a good refresher. Ordered: honey grass jelly w/ aloe. He ordered: Mango royal tea w/ boba. We both loved our drinks! Atmosphere was cute & peaceful - Christmas Legos displayed. 10/10 recommend! I'd stop by again if we ever come back. So glad we ordered from here - it hit the spot of cravings.

went there during soft opening and ordered snow globe with 75% sugar but was still super sweet. the next time i went there to order the fruit tea, still super sweet…but the recent one, it was perfect! the sweetness level was adjusted! i recommend snow globe and fresh milk with grass jelly. also, deep fried squid!

I have been visited here multiple times, and I feel like is the best boba shop so far in Corvallis. I would like to rate them 4.5 out of 5, but there’s no option for that, and I’m a bit picky based on this store claims they are authentic Taiwanese boba shop, so there are some points that I can’t neglect about as a Taiwanese. The drinks are above average so they don’t have much issue for drinks. However, a bit disappointed on the basil pop corn chicken (one of the famous dish in Taiwanese night markets), I’m not sure what they marinate with, the pop corn chicken have a weird after taste (I guess put it too long), and the basil is the soul of this dish but barely taste the basil and the smell in it. I know basil aren’t cheap, but I preferred to add more to enhance the basil smell. The green beans are way too greasy and blend (don’t recommend). Both deep fried squid and sweet potatoes are nice(80% similar compare to local Taiwanese shop). It’s a bit unfair for me to make this review because I set the standard above average as a Taiwanese, I will automatically compare it with Taiwanese local shop. Either way I believe there are still some places to be improve.

Great new spot for refreshing drinks smoothies, milk tea, and Taiwan classics, the taro milk tea is my favorite. They even have a variety "snacks" that may qualify for a quick meal. Yummy! Sorry took my pictures after we devoured most of it.
