Cangiano’s Journal Square

Same great quality at the JSQ location as downtown. Today, i decided to try Steve’s homemade everything bagel and it did not disappoint. My search for respectable bagels in the area is over🤓

Steve and his team do an excellent job here with the JSQ location of Cangiano’s. Awesome Italian deli with a ton of sandwich options (breakfast & lunch) and a wide variety of other great Italian dishes/treats. The customer service is what stands out most though - this feels like the deli you call your own and you feel that love back. The best!

Cangiano's is now in Journal Square! Journal Square has all the snacks, ready-to-eat food, and sandwiches you love at Hamilton Park, but with other hot foods for a quick grab breakfast and lunch. Grabbed some prosciutto for a snack later! So happy they are so much closer now!

The roast beef mozzarella and gravy sandwich is absolutely delicious. The bread, gravy, *fresh* mozzarella slab, and the meat goes together perfectly. Their everything bagels and their cream cheese(feels lighter and more flavorful than most spots) is also the most flavorful bagel in JC compared to other JSQ and downtown spots. (Just wish the bagel was a bit more chewier)

If I could give them 10 stars i would. Impeccable service!! And great tasting clean fresh food. I went in today really craving a chicken Caesar salad wrap, but my train was coming shortly and the gentleman made my wrap so quick so that I wouldn’t miss the train and it was so delicious ON TOP OF THAT. The woman in the front made a delicious latte that I dropped accidentally when I leaned it on the counter and she then made me another one free of charge and cleaned it up right away so kindly. Truly amazing service and generosity
