Crema's Take

This Sioux Falls bagel spot has earned genuine devotion from regulars who rave about the friendly staff and satisfying breakfast sandwiches like the Sausage Breakfast Boy, though it seems to hit or miss depending on timing and crowds. The experience is highly dependent on when you visit—go during quieter hours and you'll find tasty food at reasonable prices, but peak times bring long waits and quality inconsistencies that have frustrated other customers. If you're a bagel enthusiast willing to time your visit strategically and double-check your bill, there's real charm here, but it's worth managing expectations about both speed and pricing transparency.

Ordered and waited for over 30 minutes (we had 3 sandwiches). I wish I was making this up but this is the club sandwich I was given. It wasn’t even warm, bagel was hard as a rock, and one piece of turkey with the thinnest piece of bacon I’ve seen. To be honest I am not even sure if there was cheese on it. I ended up not even eating it and going to eat somewhere else. I know the bagel can’t talk, but I could sense it was also embarrassed. I felt like I was at Fyre Festival. All that said - my son did love his pizza bagel so there’s that!

The prices advertised are NOT the prices you pay at the register. Bought two bagels, some chips and a drink today. The price of the smoked fish bagel was significantly more expensive in our bill than on the menu board. I questioned it and the worker claimed it was because they had raised the prices but the stickers hadn’t arrived yet. That’s not how a menu works. People need to be aware of the price of the things they are buying, you can’t just make it up after the fact. The older lady was also incredibly rude while we tried to order as well, and the entire place is dirty: there is so much dust on the ceiling it is hanging down in threads. If you like bagels, stick to the Minnesota location. If you like finding out how much your breakfast costs AFTER you order, this is the place for you.

Went when it wasn't busy. Staff was friendly, had my food in a reasonable time and it was tasty! Got the Sausage Breakfast Boy and Chicken Cordon Blue. Spent $14. If you can avoid the line, a good go-to for quick and tasty.
