White Bison Coffee

Crema's Take
“White Bison Coffee feels like a genuine neighborhood gathering spot in Nashville's Nations district, where the cozy, welcoming atmosphere and reliable specialty drinks (their holiday cookie latte is a standout) make it equally suited for solo work sessions or catching up with friends. While the food execution can be inconsistent, the quiet, outlet-rich space and thoughtful touches like opening on Thanksgiving create the kind of place where regulars naturally become instant fans.”

GREAT VIBE & COFFEE, BAD BACK O’HOUSE I’ve tried getting a simple bagel with cream cheese a couple times and been very disappointed. I don’t mind preparing it myself but for $7 you think they could. Or at least not smash it burn it and forget to offer utensils.
This was our first time to visit and we're instant fans! We went to support them because they were open today on Thanksgiving Day. The holiday cookie latte was as delicious as it smelled and the gouda twist and Nashville hot chicken biscuit were also delicious. And the staff was so friendly!
Stopped by White Bison Coffee and really liked the vibe. It’s cozy, clean, and welcoming. I tried a frappe and an English muffin. The muffin was the star of the visit, soft, warm, and full of flavor. The frappe was just okay for me, nothing bad, just not amazing. It’s also a nice place for working since it’s quiet and comfortable.
Why is it always freezing cold in here? Aside from this it’s got a great atmosphere for work or study. Decent coffee and snack options. Music can be a bit loud and repetitive. But I come here often and love the tables. UPDATE: They’ve done a great job lowering the music and raising the temperature. Amazing place to work, study, and do Bible studies. Highly recommend!!
Hidden gem in the Nations! If you want a coffee shop to get work done—- look no further! White Bison coffee is quiet (no loud music like other coffee places), has plenty of outlets, tables for group workspaces, and snacks! The shop is split into two levels. The bottom floor has a lot of natural light, the top floor is significantly darker and is more of an upscale lounge with leather couches, tables and chairs. The coffee is decent (nothing artisan here), the food is meh, does the job if you start to get hungry. The cookies looked delicious, I’ll try one next time! There are also plenty of snacks if you don’t want to purchase a meal/save some $$.
