Crema's Take

Please & Thank You is a charming indie coffee spot in Indianapolis that's earned a devoted following for its phenomenal baked goods, especially their standout gluten-free cookies and indulgent treats like the legendary Derby bar and peanut butter cream pie. The small, cozy space channels that perfect "gem" energy with thoughtfully crafted seasonal drinks featuring creative names and illustrations, plus outdoor seating when weather permits, making it an ideal refuge for solo coffee lovers or casual meetups. What sets them apart isn't just solid coffee—it's the evident care in every detail, from buttery pastries to specialty lattes like their rich ganache and butterscotch options that keep people coming back again and again.

This is hands down the BEST GLUTEN FREE cookie in all of Indy (the Midwest even?)! The shop mostly sells regular non gluten free cookies. But their GF option is outstanding. The employees are by far some of the most pleasant folks I’ve encountered. The GF cookies are so good. We have tried every GF place in the vicinity and this place takes the cake. Speaking of cake - they make an amazing cookie cake that you can order and customize in advance (see ours)! Truly a blessing to have an amazing GF option like this. Their regular non GF cookies are off the chain and worth every penny as well. Please don’t stop making the GF cookies!

Cute coffee shop with seasonal drinks and baked goods. Not a lot of seating inside, but there is outdoor seating in good weather. We enjoyed the cute names of the menu items and the accompanying illustrations.

🍪✨ My ultimate Indy unwind spot! After a long workday or sunset stroll, I crave their legendary cookies—hands-down the state’s best. **Ganache latte** for dark chocolate bliss or **butterscotch latte** when I’m feeling salty-sweet vibes. It’s my cozy happy place, where every sip and bite turns stress into pure joy. 🌟
