Exceptional bagels! Sometimes world class other times just excellent. Great choices of bagels and cream cheeses. Best bagel place around. Better than tandem.
First off, oh my glob! I finally found a good bagel. It's been decades. Second, great food and the best plain coffee I've ever had. The service was excellent. Finally a staff somewhere that is happy to help with a smile. I don't expect happiness in staff, but it's wonderful when you find it. The only thing is the shop itself. You don't know it's there until you are in it. And its pretty cold and sterile. Which made the staff so much more of a surprise. I expected fast food level of engagement.
Great atmosphere, especially for a bagel shop! 25ft ceilings in an old mill building with balcony seating and decor that’s vibin resto modern. The food is quality and fresh. I had a “Turkey Clubber” on an onion bagel and it did not disappoint. Made this morning bagel, with freshly sliced turkey breast, applewood smoked bacon, fresh lettuce, tomato and mayo. It was delicious. I’m excited to return and sample more of the menu. Bravo Comfort Bagel!
So happy comfort bagel has returned to Holyoke! The new space is gorgeous. Lots of seating both inside and outdoors.
