Little Sweet

Crema's Take
“Little Sweet is a boba and coffee hybrid in the Inner Richmond that's earned serious love for its expertly crafted milk teas and surprisingly exceptional espresso drinks—locals rave about their lattes made with Sightglass beans as some of the best in the city. Beyond the classics, they're getting creative with signature drinks like their vibrant Mango Sago and rich Thai milk teas featuring agar and brown sugar, though customization requests deserve extra attention at the counter. With convenient parking and a casual vibe perfect for a quick grab, it's the kind of neighborhood spot where you can find your new favorite beverage, whether you're after precision coffee or adventurous tea.”

Extremely disappointing experience. I clearly requested no added sugar in my Green Thai Tea. The tea and milk themselves are already unsweetened — I simply asked them not to add extra sugar, which should be a basic and reasonable customization. The staff told me they “could not do that,” and repeatedly refused to make the drink without added sugar. It is honestly shocking that after paying nearly $10 for a drink, a customer is not even allowed to choose the sweetness level. What made the situation worse was the attitude. When I asked to speak with a manager or get a contact number, the staff refused to provide any information and showed zero willingness to help or resolve the issue. A drink shop that cannot accommodate a simple “no sugar” request — and refuses to let customers contact management — clearly does not care about customer experience. This place is not friendly to anyone who has dietary restrictions, controls sugar intake, or simply prefers less sweet drinks. I will never return to any Little Sweet location, and I strongly recommend others think twice before coming here.
This is my favorite Boba place. Everything I ordered was super tasty. I also have to mention—the best coffee latte I’ve ever had in my life. I asked them what beans they use, and they said Sightglass. So, I bought the exact same beans and made coffee at home, but it still didn’t taste the same. Maybe the milk they use is different. I don’t know but whatever it is, it’s so tasty.
Mango Sago – 5/5 | Thai Tea – 4.5/5 The Mango Sago was fresh and full of natural mango flavor. I had it with boba, which added a nice texture, but made it quite heavy—I’d recommend trying it without boba if you prefer something lighter. A must-try for mango lovers! The Thai Tea was creamy and paired well with the soft, chewy boba. Only downside: no option to skip the ice. Overall, the boba here is soft and delicious—definitely worth trying!🧋
About the Boba Tea Place: This boba tea place is situated in the lively Inner Richmond area and boasts ample parking options, making it a convenient destination. The only quirk I noticed was their choice of songs, which didn't quite match my personal taste but seemed to appeal to others. About the Drinks: During my visit, I ordered a matcha milk tea, and it turned out to be a good choice. I opted for boba and brown sugar agar, both of which complemented the drink well. The brown sugar boba was a particularly enjoyable addition. One notable feature is that the drinks are non-dairy by default, but customization is available to suit individual preferences. Overall, the boba tea place offers a pleasing experience, with a variety of options and customization available. For its quality beverages and convenient location, a four-star rating seems fitting.
Absolutely loved this place for milk teas with boba and agar 🧋 We tried the creamy thai green milk and brown sugar milk tea. I tried Agar for the first time and loved it. Both the drinks were perfect as customized although a little pricey. The drinks are made with non dairy products by default but you can customize it. Definitely recommend this place for anyone in the area. You have to place an order through their system/monitor in store or online and the drinks are made for you. There is little to no interaction with the staff. Service can be quick based on how crowded it is.
