Crema's Take

Tucked into a converted garage in Delmar's Four Corners, this roastery takes pride in doing one thing exceptionally well: honest, unfussy coffee that lets quality beans speak for themselves. Stephen and the team have built a loyal following with their nitro cold brew and meticulous pour overs, creating a genuinely cozy spot where regulars happily settle in for hours, whether you're laptop working or just savoring something slow and intentional.

Excellent nitro cold brew! Not too far from the rail trail as well.

This is the place to go if you’re looking for great coffee — not 100 artificial flavors mixed in. It’s a simple garage converted into a coffee shop, but they serve some of the best coffee in the Albany region. Definitely a spot for true coffee purists.

Let me tell you first above anything, that Stephen has excellent customer service; both in person, and to my surprise, online. I have been to their location and have loved their coffee, to the point where I ordered it for when i cannot make the trip down. They have a little hidden spot and it’s very cute. In my opinion, Brewtus Roasting knows what quality products and exceptional customer service are. To me, this is what makes a local business stand out and worth supporting.

I absolutely love this place — it’s become part of my daily routine. Tucked away in Delmar’s Four Corners, it has such a cozy and inviting atmosphere that makes you want to stay a while. The coffee is consistently exceptional — you can tell there’s real care in every cup. The owner and staff are genuinely friendly, passionate, and incredibly knowledgeable about their craft. Easily one of the best spots in the area for both the coffee and the vibe.

Nice place for a basic coffee. This is a roaster so the beans are fresh and flavorful. If you want a seasonal or flavored coffee this is not the spot for you. I believe if they expanded more with flavors this place would be top notch. The atmosphere is really nice and they have free wifi. Definitely worth the try if you like fresh straight coffee.
