Tried Caribella for the first time today and it was absolutely out of this world! We live just a block away and never noticed them before. I had the Sunrise Stack Jibarito, which is basically a breakfast burger with fried plantains as the bun. The flavors worked to well with each other, and everything, from the meat to the potatoes to the plantains, was well-seasoned and perfectly balanced. And to top it off, the servers were all so nice and welcoming! You can tell they love working here! Don’t sleep! Their food is incredible!
Found this place by chance and fell in love with the menu! Delicious options for everyone and such a lovely blend of Caribbean flavors! The service is always fantastic, and everyone is friendly! I always get the coquito latte and it tastes amazing every visit! The caribella skillet is also one of the classics that I absolutely love! Overall I make sure to visit this place every time I’m in Chicago! I would recommend it a million times!
We just happened to catch the name Carabella on our way from doing some errands and decided to come back and visit the restaurant. To our surprise, this little hidden treasure is our favorite place to eat breakfast. The food is full of flavor, and we aim to try it all but not all at once, of course. Lol 😋It's become our favorite place to come for lunch as well. The other day, we had jibaritos, and they have made it even more delicious than any other place that we have ordered it before. The coquito coffee is so good, and the chicken waffles are just simply my fav. 😍 It's a must try for anyone who enjoys delicious food and great service. So much more, we still need to try. Skillets are so delicious filled with unique flavor, and don't forget to try the coquito latte creamy and smooth done to the last drop. Thank you, Miguel, Salvador, and the rest of the staff for the excellent food and service every time we eat there.😋💞 I will keep coming back and posting pictures of their delicacies.😋
I got the French toast flight, which i enjoyed. Full of flavor, not soggy, perfectly made. I also had the Coquito Latte iced. It was new to me, but I loved the flavor, but I was a little bummed that I couldn't switch out the milk for a non dairy option. My dairy allergy isn't crazy severe, so I made the decision to give the drink a try. They seemed pretty busy, and we had to ask for water compared to the other tables, which automatically got brought their glass of water. It was sometimes difficult to get the attention of the waitresses. Other than that place is great would try again
Cute little place with great service and good food. I had the carribean chicken skillet which was very flavorful. My daughter had the guava pancakes which were okay. The French toast was a hit with our group..
