Maps Coffee & Chocolate

My almond rose mocha latte was excellent. The 12 and 16 oz drinks each have double shots of espresso.

This is a serious coffee shop with a cozy atmosphere. Coffee selection, roasting, grinding & prep are all components of a scientific cuppa joe. Maps nails it because they want to. But don't feel like you can't order some sweet, milky, foamy thing because they will make it perfectly for you without much of an eye roll. If you LOVE coffee and just reading a silly review about coffee makes you want a cortado more than anything else, Maps is your place. Don't leave without a chocolate bar.

Decent little place in old town Lenexa. It has hot chocolate, unique coffees, croissants, delicate pastries, and amazing "Yummilicious Cookies." While we were in visiting with a potential customer at one of their tables, the huge industrial coffee grinder started up. We thought it might stay on for a short time, but it was an easy 20 minute process. This was SO LOUD, grinding, loud whistling/ whirring noises, etc. It was extremely annoying, especially when we were in conversation about getting a new business customer.

Loved it!! Sampled some brewed coffee..excellent tasting notes. Great welcoming setting. Kids tried a cheesecake Danish and loved it. Our lattes were good also but could have asked for less syrup to taste the coffee better. Over all great experience! Can't wait to try the bags we bought.

Anne and Jenny are amazing. We had the Rose mocha, Lavender latte andddd a Cortado. The Rose mocha was a touch tooooo chocolate-y. I don't mind it but just a fair heads up. The lavender latte was delicious. As for the Cortado, it tasted great as well. They didn't have any brown sugar but Anne and Jenny were nice enough to brew the Cortado on top granulated sugar. Either way, it tasted great! A super chill place with spacious seating and tons of parking spots. Ohh and we did take some chocolate home to try. PS: If you sign up for rewards, you get a free cup.
